Why Empire

A better first impression starts at the curb.

Arrival windows matched to the ceremony

Guests arrive in a planned window, not in a single crush at the door.

Accessibility first

Guests who need extra help get it — the crew has done it before, and done it well.

Departures staged so nobody waits

Cars are brought up as the reception ends, in order.

Coordination with your venue

Arrival flow, staging, and schedule agreed with the hall or planner in advance.

How it works

One day. One schedule. No improvising.

A wedding runs on its schedule, and valet has to run on the same one. We plan the arrival window around the ceremony, stage departures for the end of the reception, and coordinate the flow with the venue or planner — so the curb never becomes the bottleneck.

Peak wedding Saturdays (May–October) book 3–6 months ahead. Tell us the date early and we will confirm availability and crew.
